The fitness lifestyle has always been a part of me for the past 2 decades. I just love every aspect & challenge from it. Meeting new people and changing people’s lives is the most gratifying perk of this industry. I wouldn’t exchange it for anything else. I live and breathe this 24/7.

PRINCIPLES OF MY WORK

MOTIVATION

Everything I do now is related to fitness, my life, my work. So I guess its easy to stay motivated. There are times where my motivation dips but I will always be back on track in no time.

EXERCISE

I love any compound exercise. Top 3 would be deadlifts, squats and rows.

TRAINING

My training philosophy hasn’t changed much. I always believe in heavy training but with lots of reps. This is the secret to gaining mass with shape. Form and execution is always critical for me.

CARDIO

Cardio must be used smartly when you are in a cutting phase.
